More like this is a web2.0 traffic exchange widget. It uses a collaborative filtering algorithm to find pages that are similar and sends traffic back and forth between them.

A collaborative filter, what's that?
It is a way of predicting what might be related by looking at patterns of preferences from prior users. You've probably seen collaborative filters in work on Amazon.com, they use collaborative filters to make recommendations.

How soon will I start getting traffic?
It can take as little as a few hours to a few days. It all depends on how long it takes for our algorithms to make matches between your pages and someone else's.

Why does the widget take so long to load the first time
Because we have to add your site to the system, and do some checks.

Do I have to sign up to get results?
Nope. We tie together things people like using obfuscated IP addresses.

Obfuscated IP addresses... So you are collecting personally identifiable data?
No! We use a hashing algorithm to obfuscate your IP address. It works like this: We put in a number, say 75. The algorithm will always produce d09bf41544a3365a46c9077ebb5e35c3 when we give it 75, but from d09bf41544a3365a46c9077ebb5e35c3 we can't get to 75 without a supercomputer or many years of patience. We also have a secret "Salt" that we add for additional security. We don't collect any more information than a standard website.

How do you make any money?
That's not the reason we set up this website. However, out of every 10 clicks, 1 will go to an advertiser. In the future, we may add a collaborative filtering advertisements service that shares revenue with site owners.
